swapping my transmission from one 5.5 liter to another

I have a 722.350 4-gang auto that I need to swap from my 89 560SEL engine to my 1986 560SL engine for my /8 V8 engine swap. how in the world do I do this?

similar question, and same procedure on my 1987 190D 2.5 turbo, I am doing a M/T swap and have no idea how to take the auto off.

any help appreciated.

or any info or suggestions when removing the oil pans on the M117 5.5 liter "560" engine?

I need to swap pans from my R107 motor to my W126 motor.
