Machine shop recommendation for Cyl. head rebuild in Dallas, TX

Anyone have a recommendation for a reputable/trusted machine shop to rebuilt my M103 cylinder head.

I will be pulling the head out this weekend.

He had a great suggestion, me's clueless. Call Bill Polley @ Euro Automotive and ask politely for a suggested machine shop. 214 956-7744. He was a service writer at ParkPlace for years.
