'95 SL500 SRS light went on, what can I do?
I was replacing the steering wheel on my SL, I had successfully put it on and off, disconnecting the airbag (removing the red plastic connector on the back of the airbag itself) several times over a three day period. Today just when I thought I was finished and had my new wood/leather wheel in place, the SRS light went on. It goes off for a moment or two and than it will stay on. Anyone have any ideas what could have happened? Steve
