Help please w124 230e Headlights stuck on high

People i need urgent help, i am currently on a road trip and last night after driving a long time on high beam i wanted to dim the lights for oncomming traffic and the lights was stuck on high. Makes no diffrewnce in what position the stick on steering colum is if on low beam the high beams are still on with the high beam indicator on in the dash.

turn signals and wiper operation is normal

Could it be a stuck relay, and if so where is the relay??

Please this is dangerous
