Car inspection in Tulsa, Oklahoma

I have noticed a car at Jackie Cooper in Tulsa that I may be interested in for my daughter (a '93 190E) and would appreciate any info you can give me about the dealership (particularly their service department) and their sales people -- my initial conversation was with a Paul Rogers.

I would also appreciate recommendation of an experienced mechanic in Tulsa who might be able to do an inspection for me on the car. Thanks.
