92 500 sel keeps blowing.....

the number 11 fuse in the trunk keeps blowing..."window lift, luggage compartment light, centr. locking syst., (ceiling reading light rear)
No one has done any work on this car recently for this problem to just pop up!.
Any suggestions or ideas? How would one trace the particular item that might be causing the problem? I figured to just pull the fuses until I found one that was not causing number 11 to blow....but, the window lift, etc. are all tied into one circuit...so...
