Removing top transmission mount bolt

How do I remove the top transmission mount bolt?
The flex disk is in the way and I cannot fit any tools there.
Am I meant to just rotate the whole transmission mount to unbolt it?

Any help is appreciated

19mm wrench (use the round side). it will fit....
