97 c230 rad fan runs all the time
 

Radiator fan runs all the time key on or off,have to unplug to stop.Also the low coolant light on and a/c compressor runs for a minute or two then stops and wont run again untill car is stoped for awhile,Do these symptoms go together or just a bunch of single problems and also I just came into possesion of this car,Thanks for reading and any help

Since the fan runs with key OFF, the fan control module must be to blame.

Located behind the left front tire on the frame rail.
