So I've come to the conclusion I have a problem.

My 88 300E currently gets 300ks to a tank, 400 if im lucky. doing the maths, considering I do mainly highway driving, I should be getting much better.

I have replaced the fuel pump relay, as the car has trouble starting (usually starts second time with the gas pedal down a tad)

I also know the car i running a little rough, oil pressure low when under around 10km hr.

Any ideas? What are the prone areas in the fuel system as failure pouints? It cant be anything major leaking as I can't smell fuel!.

Any info is appreciated.
