This part at one time was very hard to find
 
The bearing for the vacuum pump. Is this part available?

Yes,

The are available. Is that a M119 engine? Anyway, I believe you are asking about the bearing in the clutch. There were some discussions on bearing replacement and airpumps on benzworld forum. About $20 or so.

The bearing is for a 420sel. It is for the airpump.
