My rear defrost only lights up when on. The rear courtesy light switch has no light at all. Should these be lit so at nigh they can be found?

Also, some switches dim MUCH more than others when using he dimmer control. For example the rear passenger switches... they are evenly lit when at full, but when dimmed the recline switch may appear much brighter then the others. It does dim though.

And lastly. LED upgrade possible?
