Easiest way to get dust boots on calipers?

Hey guys,

Last week I rebuilt the front calipers on my 190E after having zero luck bleeding the system. Luckily this seemed to be the problem, as there was an absolute ton of crud inside the caliper behind the piston.

Well I went to go put the dust boots on and could not figure out a good way to get them to fit in to the caliper with the piston in place. I tore through THREE dust boots before giving up (and running out of dust boots).

So is there a trick to getting these stupid things to fit in to place? Or do I just have to wing it and hope I don't tear one of the boots?

Thanks guys!
