94 E320 M104 - Part Number of Insulation Panel

Need help from the forum with the part number for this insulation panel (yellow arrow in the picture).
I can't find it in the MB parts catalog. Mine is in bad shape and I want to replace it.
If anybody has one in good condition, please let me know also.
Thank you.

it's in the EPC section with rear windshield defroster (Figure that location out?)

Section 82 Electrical System,Subsection 090 Cable Covering and Electrical Parts
(AKA "Covering,Partition Panel")
[I think of it as the topmost portion of the Forward-most "Faux Firewall"]
$50.00 or more @ the Stealer.
'Flimsy thin plastic panel coated with foam insulation.
(As it ages/heat degrades the foam disintegrates [like an old hood liner] )

I had to look at a number of W124 chassis before I found one in decent shape.
(ReCycler/Junkyard)
'Took it home and sprayed 3-4 coats of "Rattle Can" "Plasti Dip"
(It's literally liquid synthetic rubber in a can,'Won't dry or crack like plastic or pvc.)
(Almost any Lowe's or Ace will have it in the Black rattle can.)

As a thread hijack:
'Same Black Rattle can Plasti Dip...3-4 coats on the Topside of your
"Under Engine Shield" will make it impervious to Engine Liquids...unlike the O.E. coating.
I'm gonna overlay the Black with WHITE ,so any drips, leaks ,Etc. will be
immediately visible.

I recently purchased one, it stumped the dealer parts and technicians finding the number for awhile. The first part they incorrectly identified was lower near the transmission. The part that seems to be correct is # 124 820 27 12

Can you take a close up of the panel as I'm finding it difficult to route the harnesses under and through it? It doesn't seem to have all the cut outs as early W124 panels. It also has a channel near the top but don't know which harness goes there. The harness was updated in '99 and this panel was torn so they may have routed it differently.

I can use a pic before you replace yours.

I wonder why the EPC number 124 820 08 12 is slightly different than mine 124 820 27 12.

difference may be in different model W124 (s)

I was using the EPC to "Walk Back the Cat" to his '94 E320.

My "Covering,Partition Panel" has cutouts that aren't used,
AND it was a Witch to get the 1/0 cable I upgraded to for the Starter power in the orifice provided.

124 820 08 12 is the correct part number for my 124.128 chassis.
(I suspect that's now a generic STANDARDIZED part number for all W124 s)

I looked at the pics in the head gasket wiki, 2 harnesses run in front of the pad...
