how to remove head and timing chain

can i get some info on how to remove the timing chain and distributor as i m pulling the head because of a blown head gasket. i ve got a 1990 300 e with the inline 6 engine. i guess i need to know the torque specs on the head bolts too and the order of torquing them too. andrew in florida

Do you have a copy of the Factory Service Manual? The PDF version is floating around the 'net for free, or you may find a gracious individual to make you some copies on CD Rom.
