'88 300CE: Can't get the alarm to shutoff!!!
I'm sitting at Dulles Airport in VA. It's raining cats and dogs. I can't my car alarm to shutoff. It's off right now, but as soon as I open the door or put my foot on the brake the alarm will go off again. I'll disconnect the negative on the battery while I go in to pick up my passenger. Also, the radio (becker 780 grand prix) has the 4 dashes across the LCD screen. Is there anyway to bypass the alarm system? I can't seem to disable it. I have two square keys without the red dot and one rounded key with the red dot. None of them are working at disabling the alarm. Please help!
V/R, Kurt

Have you tried disarming from the passenger door and trunk? If the failure is in the driver's door the others should still arm / disarm.

If all else fails, un-plug the box marked BECKER under the passenger toe-carpet.
