96 E320 - Faulty Cruise Control/Cigarette Lighter

I am seeking help with my 96 E320 210. The cigarette lighter and the cruise control are not working. I have checked all the fuses, and they all seem to be in good condition. I will truly appreciate anyone can help me with these issues...

Cruise control is 100% electronic. Computer controlled, scan required to diagnosis.

Fuse #1 is for the cigarette lighter.
