mbrace and mbrace plus
 

I'm going to post this on a couple of forums so I hope you will bear with me.

Is anyone using mbrace? When we bought our 2008 ML320 CDI we received the six month free subscription to Tele-Aid. Now we are getting solicitations to upgrade to mbrace.

With Tele-Aid, onne of my biggest objections to paying the subscription was that every time I wanted to use it for something other than an emergency or immediate need we had to pay a fee; such things as navigation assistance, find a hotel, etc. These are non-essential uses but on top of the $20 per month subscription, I feel that it would become quite costly if I used features. I know I could use other resources (iPhone) but I liked the idea of concierge service.

Does mbrace and mbrace plus do the same thing, charge for extra services? Does anyone have experience with using these services? Is it a good value?

I'm not an mbrace subscriber, but I can tell you that it's very popular with my clients. We've been doing lots of mbrace updates since the service became available.
