tool set 560SEL
 

So I was digging around in the spare tire well of my 86 560SEL. Found the tool set. Didn't know it was there! Cool!!

One question, is the tool with the spring on it a spark plug wrench?? It has the rubber insert like a spark plug wrench.

Sure can't be a lug wrench since it isn't any where near substantial enough for that. Also I have the lug wrench so pretty sure it isn't that.

The tools are stamped Mercedes Benz. Kinda cool, even though I'll probably never use them. Unless for some reason I'm out on the highway and something breaks down that I really need to fix. That's what it's there for, isn't it.

The springy thing is a rare and valuable spark plug wrench. No fooling. Keep that kit in a safe place and I guarantee some day it will be worth more than the car you found it in.
