Question 89 190e M/B A/c question

I have a 89, 190e 6 cyl benz. putting in a replacement a/c system. I bought a Denso rebuilt compressor and would like to know how much oil it requires and the best kind ( I read about polymax2 and I am in Florida). Denso tech support says empty and measure what is in there). They say between 4 and 5 oounces. Not to exceed 5 ounces. Does this sound sorrect?. I would like to have a more exact number. I don't want to over or underfill. The system will have all new parts except hoses which will be cleansed.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks
Mayrdoc

I would empty it and measure the amount.
