anyone has a spare idle control unit for sale
hi,
I am looking for an idle control unit for my car 82 380 SEL. I could not afford a new one, if someone has a spare lying around please let me buy it form you. I am a poor guy who happend to drive a benz. thank a million, Andy:cool: |
I have one that I replaced with a new one if you are interested. However, I believe it was the cause of my fast idle.

Andy, if Handsworth's unit is ok then buy it. As I said I believe mine is defective but you are welcome to it to have it re-soldered if you wish. LMK mbjwilliams@earthlink.net

Not trying to nix any sales here, but that part is easily resoldered to repair. Worked like a champ for me and was quite easy. Let me see if I can find that link.....
