2003 C320 shakes and vibrates
 

I have a C320 sports that has been shaking erratically when I get to the stop sign or in traffic. It shakes for about 3-5 seconds with the idling going up and then stabilizes. It sometimes pulls gradually like it has lost power when I get off from a stop sign. Any help?

HAve the spark plugs been replaced?

Is the check engine lamp on?

Did that happen after filling with fuel?

The check engine light is off. It jerks on and off. I have not reached my service time yet. any ideas what the cause will?

My '99 C280 used to have similar issues!!
Tested the MAF w/good used one...finally ended up being one faulty coil !
Drove as good as new after that!!BTW,also replaced the s/plugs.
