w140 1993 heater fan not working
fan wont come on, heater works as can feel air when driving but fan wont come on when turning the wheel. any ideas?

Fan is electronicly controlled by blower regulator, common failure.
Testing is done with volt meter at blower motor. Failure can happen if the "dust" filter isn't changed every 25K |
How about the blower motor fuse. It sits along the driver side inside the engine compartment. 30amp

there is no fuse for blower motor.....
|
The regulator is common, and seized bearings on the blower motor is also common. Take the cover off and try to spin the motor, the motor speed is controlled by the regulator and is in the ground side of the motor. I dont know why they dont fuse it. I think there is DYI on this on this site.
