M119 Vacuum Line Replacement Hose..Source of Problems

I have been having some idle issues with my 95' E420 and lagging acceleration at random intervals. I believe I may have found the culprit to this issue. After removing the Air filter assembly I saw that the black vacuum lines located left of the MAF, which I presume are the intake vacuum lines, look like they have been leaking as there is grime build up in all the joints. They are feel as if they were made from PVC, so I am going to R/R them. Hopefully this will take care of this problem for good...

Does someone have the spare part numbers for these or under what name I might find them as a kit?

They are cut to length hoses by the meter.
