ABS fault rectified

For some time the ABS pump was activating the left brake when slowing to a gentle stop.
Checking the resistance of the front Left and Right sensors showed approximately a similar reading, however the left wheel showed a very low voltage being generated as compared to the right one, the wheels spun by hand .
On removing the sensor it showed the tip ends to be slightly bend ,i carefully straightened the tips to the horizontal position of the right sensor and the ABS was back to normal operation.

I have this exact issue with my 190d. Could you go more into detail as to how you did the readings?

Initially, I thought that my brake lines were swollen and causing an uneven braking pattern but I think you just solved it.

Starting from the front callipers follow the black leads up into the engine bay where they will terminate into a big connector on each side ,these can be pried apart after pulling away from the retaining clips .The resistance readings are taken at the connector half from the calliper lead .
For the voltage readings set the meter to the lowest readings on the AC scale
spin the wheel and the voltage should be similar on both sides.

In addition to above mentioned testing ,the sensor mounting plates can develop corrosion due to salt or high humidity. this impedes the ground connection though the calliper bolts. Symptoms are similar ,slow speed ABS Activation. Cleaning the plates to ensure a good ground will rectify the activation fault.
