Every now and again the park lamps flash when I start the car. Nothing seems to turn this off besides turning on the park or headlights.
I assume this is a feature of the crash sensor but we all know what assuming does.
This is a new issue that perhaps happens once every 10 or so starts.

Sounds like the factory alarm going off, but someone unplugged the horn because they got tired of listening to it.

I bet the disarm microswitch in the driver's door handle is broken.
