Dome Light, Alarm, Power Seat Not Working 95E320
 

I'm having lots of electrical problems with my 95E320.

When I open the driver's door, the overhead light (or any interior light) does not come on any more. I also noticed that the power seat does not work any more when the driver's door is opened. (Both the light and the seat do work when the passenger's door is open though). Also, I found out that the alarm does not work.
Finally, the sunroof works only intermittently. Once when it wouldn't close, I used the key in the driver's door to try to close it. Didn't close.

I am confused.

The list of symptoms sounds familiar. Someone not too long back had the same thing, can't remember the cause right now. Have you tried a search your symptoms?

Yes, but nothing on point. I was hoping that someone with a similar problem could give me some advice

I don't know if your 95 E320 is similar in design, but I had a similar problem with a 91 420SEL. here's the link
