M110 (280e) auto trans model, interchangeability?

The 722.3 trans used for the M110, is it interchangeable in other models or years? Looking for a replacement for one in a 83 euro 280e.

P.S. Looking for tachometer as well for above

The 1981-85 US turbo diesel's used a similar trans that should fit & work.
