Old car phone
What to do with my 1990 300CE car phone system and bracket inside the car mounted to the passenger side of console area in carpet.
How would I plug the hole if I cut the bracket away and make it look clean?

Well, they're all sorts of plastic plugs of all sizes and colors common in electronics.

Pictures please
In my 1992 it was removed, by the day 2006. I got this option discovered, only when antenna resigned and I found 4th connector.

To the OP: I would suggest pulling the parts and saving them (if you can) and some where there must be a plug or cover that will help clean up the appearance. Pictures will help for sure. For those interested, I plan to pull the phone system from my W210 and list it on ebay.

I removed the analog phone from my MY1998 and ending up selling it to someone who wanted to restore a similar model to stock condition even though the phone could not be activated.
