AC Blower - Wont Blow

Hello. I've been to this site several times but as of today, I'm a brand new member. I sure hope someone can please help me get cool here in MS. I own a 95 C280 and I'm lovin it, but it's so hot down here and I can't get my AC to work. The blower won't engage, the compressor and fans won't come on. I replaced the control module; however, the mech said it has two hot wires and he couldn't determine what he needed to do to ground it? He did a temp ground and the blower came on, the compressor kicked on, cold, cold air blew out on the passenger side (only). However, he couldn't get the AC to work through the console panel buttons without the temp ground (so he had to disconnect the module because the AC would not shut off by itself). Is this making any sense to anybody? What do you think the problem could be? Is there a fix for me here in MS?

Please help...

Come on... won't somebody please help! I installed the new regulator on the blower. Self-grounded it blows fine and the compressor blows cold air from the passenger vent. The problem is that it won't blow through the other vents and the compressor blows continuously. Any ideas??

I wish I could help. I don't have a manual on this car but there's some very knowledgable people on here that surely can help. Try to be patient.

Sounds like to me its the ac high pressure switch on the dryer.

Am drawing a blank when it comes to it being a ground fault. Do you know if the car has ever had an accident repair?

And yeah 3 hours of waiting? First post at 9am, no answer by about 1pm. It sometimes takes awhile, like evening time and people might be looking at posts made through the day. So, everyone is welcome here, but you might have to wait 12-24 hrs to get a reply.

Hi Cheeseraid. I replaced the accumulator/drier. No change. Where is the high pressure switch and what can I do to troubleshoot it?

I purchased a compressor but I haven't tried to install it yet. I was hoping to find some instructions on how to install it. Any info you can assist me with?
