1992 300E 3.0 transmission fit in a 1994 E320?

I have a 1994 E320 estate with transmission, 722.369 that needs replacing. I also have a 1992 300E 3.0 parts car with transmission 722.358 that is in good shape. Will they interchange?

Yes, you will need to swap a few parts including the protection switch for B1 & the kickdown cable..
