windshield 1975 240d

Hi all,i am hoping someone in the know will help me out with a list of the years i can use for a replacement windshield in my 1975 240d.The local glass shop can put one in for about $900,much more than i paid for the car.A pull and pay yard has two that look ok to me,1968 200 series and 1977 280.thoughts?

You are looking for a W115 windshield. The 77 would be a W123, the 68 would I think be a W108, so neither one would work.

Try Safelite Auto Glass. Their price has probably increased but 2 years ago they replaced one in my '73 280 for about $235.00 new. I don't remember if I supplied the gasket or they did.
