no start on 92 300 CE

OK fella's here we go again, now my 92 won't start at all, if I give it a shot of either it starts but you have to keep it reved pretty high to keep it running, if you let off on gas it dies and won't start again untill you give it more either, I changed the fuel filter and checked the pumps and their both working, its getting fuel to the fuel control valve and past that to the injection pump, seems to have plenty of fuel pressure, even cracked the return line and its got pressure there too, I just cracked all the injection lines coming out of the pump to the injectors and none off them has any gas coming out so the gas must be just passing right through the pump, is there anything in the pump that could be bad, any ideas on whats going on or what it could be????
