300e window regulator
 

Hi all,
So When i thought everything is working fine suddenly my windows stopped going up all the way. I tried pulling by hand but i think i messed it more as window glass fell inside.
Long story short removed the door panel thanks to wonderful diy link, i managed to take it out without breaking anything yet.
Now I want to take out the regulator but don't know how to remove glass safely(Pics will help if anyone has it). Don't want to break it. Once regulator out i will know what's wrong and can order part from here at fastlane.

I put wood piece for right now to hold window up.

Only issue i'm facing is how to put back 2 spring ends and metal and plastic piece in picture.

buy a regulator, there's no fixing the old one. not meant to be repaired. good luck, chuck.

could you be a bit more specific. at first i was under the impression you were talking about the front window regulator, but now that i've taken a look at the pics, it seems like you are trying to fix the rear window regulator. is this correct?

Yes. Sorry I'm talking about rear window regulator right opposite of driver's seat.
I opened rear panel off of behind driver to see how everything is put together, i can't figure it.

I have to replace regulator for sure as i'm hearing grinding noice when motor moves but before that thought i should figure out how everything will be put together. may be once regulator is in my hand i will know.
