Startek on Mac?
 

This may not be THE place this question, but technical in nature! I was wondering if anyone has been able to get the Startek EPC to work on a Mac? Seems like the head honcho's aren't up to date with the best operating systems out there:cool: Someone figured out a way around it? Thanks!

Highly doubtful. The closest you'll get is running it inside a virtual XP machine on your Mac (Parallels, etc).

If this is the EPC you're referring to:

Its Java based and therefor can be run most operating systems.

It will download a jnlp file that should launch java and start up the EPC. If the machine isnt launching the jnlp file as a Java file then something is a miss somewhere in the OS or in a configuration.

Last time I tried, it would not work. But that was a while ago. I am running 10.6.8 now. When I last tried it was 10.6.1. Sorta gave up. I would try now, but It needs my credit card info again and I do not have my cards with me.
