The bent area is about 2 inches tall, I'm thinking about using a dremel to cut out the dented area and epoxy a fabricated piece in and glue the rubber track back in, what do you guys think?

UPDATE!!!!! I AM A LEGEND IN MY OWN MIND. I cut the lower support and bent the track back in shape. The window works great. Thanks for the help guys.
