There are three components in my 95 c280. One is the ECU. Does anyone know what the other two are and what they do?

Your question doesn't make any sense. There are thousands of components in your car.

Unplug 'em and take her for a spin. Whatever the car stops doin'll tell you what they do when they're plugged in.

ECU, Trans computer and EGR Computer most likely if they still used a EGR Computer or rolled that sucker into the ECU. Dont know on the Trans computer either. Just a guess...
