Upper radiator hose or not?

83' 300TD

I need a replacement hose for the coolant that goes from the engine block side to the metal pipe close to the firewall.

It has been described as the heater hose where it emerges from the head which is between the head and where the heater hose enters the firewall/bulkhead right behind the oil filter

It's that black hose you need to move out of the way to change the oil filter.

This one, thanks to DieselGiant site.

Part number or any help from anyone on this is appreciated.

Fastlane has listed the "Upper Radiator Hose", but I'm not sure if this is it, as it's not attached to the radiator.
