Need A/C pressures High and low for a 91 300E 3.0

This crazy hot weather out east has got me working on my A/C today. I am coverted to 134a. The CD I have says the fill for R12 was 2.43 pounds. I did the 80% rule then, but don't know the correct pressures on the Low and High ports to check how much to refill. If anyone has this info or knows it it would be a big help.
