88-560SEC hydralic suspension
This car rides like your on a fence rail. the owner had something changed, I think he said accumulater? any how I have no knowledge of this system. can any one who dose help guide me in softening up the ride. the first thing I notice was the owner had changed the 15 in. wheels for 17 in. and tires with no side walls. I feel sure that may be part of the trouble. but just going out of my drive it bounces you in the seat.

The low profiles wont help, but check to see if both nitrogen accumulators where changed. If one was changed, there is a chance the other is bad also.
In short its a small tank with a nitrogen filled bladder that absorbs the sudden influx of SLS fluid when the shock is compressed. If the accumulator fails, it becomes completely full of SLS fluid. Since fluid does not like to compress near as much as the nitrogen gas, the rid becomes very harsh.

Go to the trunk and push down hard as if you're testing shock absorbers. If they are super stiff you need to change the air cells. They will go bad with age, regardless of whether the PO put miles on the car or not.
If they are bad, you need replace them before you cause damage to the shocks which are expensive. It's an easy but dirty job, the air cells mount up with 3 nuts and have to hydraulic fittings and there are to air cells. 17 inch wheels are a little on the large side but it should not be too bad provided that the suspension is good.
