'91 420 SEL Tach

Tach stopped working. Everything else on dash still works. Checked all the fuses. All good. Any ideas?

Since the car still starts & runs?
The RPM signal must be there or the fuel pump would never work.
Either the wire at the tach is disconnected OR there is an issue with the tach.

Car starts and runs. Just no tach. Do you know if the tach is repairable like the clock?
