W210 Fluids

I have a 2000 E320 4Matic wagon and I want to change some fluids as it is new to me and so I have no idea if there has been service in that respect. I know the Trans takes special fluid and so that will be in the spring. My question is I would like to change transfer/diff fluids so what can I use? I cant seem to find any definitive answers, just opinions and arguments. I am an Amsoil dealer and of course would like to use my products. It says that the transfer case takes syn trans fluid but would like that verified. What about the diffs? Syn 75w 90 be ok? Dealers will not help so no point in suggesting I call. Anyone know if off brand products be ok?
