w124 relay question; wiper going nuts. 1993 300CE W124.052

So i thought the relay 201 821 00 47 was the combination relay that controls wiper/defroster/sunroof, i replaced it, still don't know if my defroster works, but today, the wiper is on the "off;0" position, and still goes, its driving me nuts, and the fuse for it disconnects the windows..

did i buy the wrong relay? for the convienence
any idea of the wiper problem?
