'94 C280 Fuel Problems

Hi all... Vehicle is a '94 C280.

Car would often stutter under acceleration, sometimes die at idle but immediately restart. Problem worsened to the point where the car would die at freeway speeds and only periodically start. Car is now in a no-start condition, cranks and sputters a little but never fully turns over. I can force it to turn over with starting fluid but then dies within 1-2 seconds. Car shows no codes.

New parts:
-Fuel Filter (changed yesterday)
-Spark Plugs (installed 3k ago, cleaned and regapped recently)
-Battery (changed yesterday, old one wouldn't hold voltage under load)
-OVP is the new model

The car has spark at all cylinders (although semi weak at 4 of them). Fuel pressure reads 0 at all times. With the key turned to the "on" position, there is no sound from the fuel pump. When the car is cranked, the fuel pump turns on briefly. The fuse in the fuel pump relay is good. I took apart the relay and jumped it so that the fuel pump runs continuously but still zero fuel pressure up front.

Need ideas, thanks...

Im not finding that chassis number, I believe it should start with WDD or WDB 202028XXXXX..

I suggest disconnect your fuel line from the fuel rail and turn on the key, Just in case your pressure gauge maybe faulty.

Do you get any fuel smell?

if you have fuel pump running and get no pressure at the rail, fuel pump maybe fauly.
do a test to make sure your pump is ok. disconnect your pump, shouldnt be a hard tast and run it on the bench with fuel. to see if your fuel pump runs correctly.
