Replacing a head gasket on a M119

Hello all. I'm new to the Mercedes community and looking at buying a project S class (w140) that probably needs a head gasket. I've replaced head gaskets before on BMW V8s with and without variable valve timing, so I'm not too scared

I know there are official Mercedes documentation on the job, but what about community documentation? I searched around a little bit and didn't find anything. Guess I just don't know the right places to look

Pleased to see that S-Class parts seem to be a bit cheaper than 7-Series parts
