94 C220 Alternator Replacement

It looks like i will need to have my alternator replaced, and i think that i want to do it myself. So has anyone here replaced an alternator in a 94 C220/280 (body W202). If so, how difficult is it? any pictures?

At the same point in time my serpentine belt tensioner is going bad, how difficult is this to replace?

Many times just the regulator/brush assembly on the back needs to be replaced. Have you looked into that?
