Up date on the non start condition, the fuel distributor was the trouble. I had it rebuilt by CIS FLOW TECH in Alabama. now we are having trouble with not getting the EHA to set to its proper setting, so the search go's on.

Replacing the fuel distributor on my 2.3 cured all of the fuel issues I was having with my car. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the way the car runs now.

Did you send off the EHA with the FD to FLOW TECH in Alabama?
They generally tune them together before returning.
To line up the pressures properly in the EHA requires flow meters a multimeter plus a special tes wiring harness.
