I'm not sure, and perhaps one of the experts will reply to your inquiry. However,I do know that if you call your local authorized dealer and give them the VIN (serial) number they can look up the car and tell you what safety recalls there are, and which are still outstanding. In doing this, I also discovered that there was a recall for the throttle cable linkage, which I am having done at the same time.
