83 300sd AC compressor oil for R12 ?
I want to change the compressor and stay with R 12 freon. What oil do I need to to aquire to install in the new compressor?

I would use ester. It is good for both r134, and r12. I have yet to read a complaint about the stuff, and it's nice to know you can charge with r134 should the need ever arise.
