Is this from the factory - rear diff support on 09 E320 bluetec

Got the above listed car in the shop and when going over it during inspection it looks like one of the differential mounts are missing. Can someone look and see if it came from the factory like this? The car has been serviced by the dealer since new and is fixing to turn over 50k. If it is missing I am going to try to take it to the dealer and have the bushing installed under warrenty before it runs out.
