ICV 1991 190E 2.6

Can any one tell me what the voltage should be at the connection of the ICV. I have had a hard or I should say a no start situation on our 190E the fuel distributor was bad and has had its freshening up and now if I remove one injector it tries to start so I think I may have trouble with the amount of air the Idle control valve is letting in. Advise on the subject would be appreciated. JNT:D

Did it start and run before you had the work done on the distributor?

There is a U shaped air hose under the air mass meter if it's not in place these are the symptoms tries to start but no go.

finaly came down to the non start being the ICV, it was frozen in a part open state, I soaked it for two days and ran the electrical portion for an hour and it is in good operating condition. miss givings about the clean up, I used a penetrating oil and after the car started it smoked for an hour and now I have a check engine light, I hope it just threw a code and that I did not hert the ox sensor.
